Requirements for Completion:

• Obtain a minimum of 87 "contact hours" (defined below)
• Complete all required reading (located in your manual)
• Complete Practicum (located in your manual)

Definitions:

• "Contact Hours" as defined by the Yoga Alliance are hours that take place in the physical presence of a faculty member - read more. Yoga Alliance has extended their 2021 online exemption through the end of 2023 for the definition of "in person" hours to include live and prerecorded content - more info. Minimum "contact hours": 87 total (including "Portal Hours", "Live Meetings", and "Live Classes"
• "Portal Hours" refer to the total hours spent with recorded lessons in the Children's Yoga Training portal. It is essential that you watch all content to obtain the total hours available. Minimum: 41 hours
• "Live Meetings" are the live meetings for trainees (adults) with Rebe. Minimum: 25 hours
• "Live Classes" are the live Children's Yoga classes with live children. Minimum: 21 hours

Scheduled Live Meetings Dates/Times for 2022:

These count as 2.5 "contact hours" towards Live Meetings + 1 "contact hour" towards Live Classes. 3.5 hours total.

1st Wednesday of each month 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. PT AND 3rd Saturday of each month 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. PT
